This cause of action arises out of injuries sustained by plaintiff, Mark Stephens, as a result of a flash explosion that occurred on July 23, 2002 while Mr. Stephens assisted in the testing of an electrical transformer at defendant Daimler Chrysler Corporation's ("Chrysler") assembly plant in Newark, Delaware.
