On August 12, 2002, Baosteel America, Inc. ("Baosteel") and its subrogated cargo insurer commenced this action against Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. ("Hyundai") and the vessel M/V "Ocean Lord" ("Ocean Lord") to recover damages for cargo shipped from China to the United States. The cargo was shipped pursuant to the terms of several Bills of Lading, which all included an identical forum selection clause...
