A jury found Dequindre Marion guilty of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of cocaine. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Marion appeals, challenging 1) the sufficiency of the evidence, 2) the denial of his motion to suppress, and 3) the admission of a similar transaction.
