This matter comes before the court on defendant's motion for attorney's fees and costs pursuant to § 706(k) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d), and Local Rule of Practice 54(D)(1) of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. For the reasons set forth below, the motion for attorney's fees is DENIED....
