Plaintiff Mary Ascione ("Ascione"), a Hispanic female over the age of 40, alleges that her former employer, defendant Pfizer, Inc. ("Pfizer"), denied her promotions and ultimately fired her because of her age, national origin, and gender, in violation of federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
