Defendant Marriott International, Inc. moves to dismiss plaintiff's claims for tortious interference with prospective advantage, prima facie tort, and civil conspiracy under Rule 12(b)(6). After considering the parties' oral arguments and written motions, I will dismiss the claims of prima facie tort and civil conspiracy because they fail to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
