Robert Preston died after his motorcycle hit a median on Johnson Ferry Road in Cobb County. His parents, Richard and Johnnie Preston, brought a wrongful death action against Parham Sabetzam, alleging that he negligently and recklessly "drove his vehicle in such manner as to cause [Preston's] motorcycle... to collide with [the] median...."
