Whitecap Housing Group, LLC sued October Farm, Inc., October Farm's president, Eric Krut, and Haynie, Litchfield & Crane, P.C. for breach of contract and the return of $50,000 in escrowed funds, among other claims. October Farm and Krut appeal the trial court's orders (i) granting summary judgment to Whitecap as to the validity of a mechanic's lien filed by October Farm, and (ii) denying their motion to dismiss or, alternatively, to stay proceedings...
