The Yolo County District Attorney charged defendant William Michael Dalby with 22 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 (Pen. Code, § 269, subds.(a)(1), (a)(3) & (a)(4)— counts 1-22), two counts of oral copulation of a child under the age of 14 (§ 288a, subd. (c)(1) — counts 23-24), and one count of failure to appear on a felony charge while released on bail (§ 1320.5 — count 28).
