When Juan Lindsey was arrested for various traffic offenses, the officer impounded his vehicle. During a search of the car, a loaded pistol was found in the pocket of the door on the passenger side. Lindsey was charged with carrying a concealed weapon in violation of subsection (a) of OCGA § 16-11-126.
