OPINION

SNOW, Judge.

¶ 1 Arizona-American Water Company appeals the Corporation Commission's decision imposing conditions on a proposed merger between Arizona-American's parent company and a foreign corporation. Because we conclude that this court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal, we dismiss it.
