Knappenberger (the accused) with violating Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 5-101(A) (conflict of interest with lawyer's self-interest) and DR 6-101(B) (neglect of legal matter) in the course of representing three clients: Mura, Loitz, and Bridge.
