In this employment case, plaintiff Honey Seltzer sues her former employer, defendant Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Inc. ("Dresdner"), for unlawful discharge, purportedly because of her age, in violation of federal, state, and city law, and for unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (the "FLSA").
