¶ 1 Arizona's arbitration act, Ariz.Rev.Stat. ("A.R.S.") §§ 12-1501 to - 1518 (2003), provides that the act has "no application to arbitration agreements between employers and employees or their respective representatives." A.R.S. § 12-1517.
