Edward Singer and James Pearson were tried on charges of illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). The jury returned verdicts of "not guilty" for Pearson and "guilty" for Singer. When polled, all the jurors confirmed the verdicts.
