This is an action in admiralty brought by the plaintiff TAG/ICIB Services Inc. ("TAG") as agent for Crowley American Transport ("Crowley") against Constructora Celta, Inc. ("Celta") for collection of freight and demurrage charges, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1333 and Fed.R.Civ. P. 9(h). TAG alleges that Crowley is entitled to collect the amount of $18,935.00 for freight charges, $20,446.51...
