This case concerns insurance coverage and complements a liability suit that is pending in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The plaintiffs are Malika, Mumtaz, Haydathaulla and Ahmad Saylab (collectively, "Saylabs" or "Saylab family"), who lost two relatives, Sarvanna and Salma Saylab, in a traffic accident on August 2, 1998.
