In the present dispute, plaintiffs, Boxcar Media, LLC ("Boxcar") and Raceway Media, LLC ("Raceway") (collectively "the Plaintiffs"), allege that defendants RedneckJunk, LLC ("RedneckJunk"), Dr. Thomas P. Connelly ("Dr.Connelly"), and Connelly Racing, Inc. (collectively "the Defendants") have infringed several of the Plaintiffs' trademarks.
