Plaintiffs brought this suit against Defendants, the Washington Teachers' Union and the American Federation of Teachers, seeking an injunction requiring Defendants to include Plaintiff Harold Fisher on the ballot in a presently ongoing election for officers of the Washington Teachers' Union.
