Carla Taylor was convicted of trafficking in twenty-eight grams or more of crack cocaine in violation of S.C.Code Ann. section 44-53-375(C)(2) and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime in violation of S.C.Code Ann. section 16-23-490. On appeal, Taylor argues the trial court erred in admitting into evidence crack cocaine seized at the time of her arrest because the State failed to call the police evidence custodian as a witness...
