[¶ 1] George Vigil (Vigil) appeals from a judgment and sentence resulting from his conviction of aggravated assault and battery in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-502(a)(iii).1 On appeal, Vigil contends that his constitutional right to be represented by counsel at every critical stage of a criminal proceeding was violated when his request for a court appointed attorney was denied at his preliminary hearing...
