¶ 1 Defendant/appellant Pima County appeals the trial court's judgment awarding $130,743.60 in attorney fees and costs, plus interest, to the law firm of Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C. The trial court found the fees had been incurred pursuant to a contract in which the parties had agreed that the Waterfall firm would provide legal representation for a Pima County prosecutor who had been formally...
