The Defendant, Edwin E. Myles, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966(A) and was sentenced on December 7, 2000, to serve ten years at hard labor in accordance with a plea bargain agreement. His sentence was suspended and the Defendant was placed on supervised probation for five years. In February, 2003, the Division of Probation and Parole filed a motion to revoke the Defendant's probation...
