Sheena Kim White ("White") appeals a judgment rendered by the First Judicial District Court on December 17, 2003, affirming a February 12, 2003, decision of the Shreveport Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board ("Board") which determined that White's termination from the Shreveport Police Department was in good faith and for legal cause.
