Timothy Wayne Nunn sued his employer, Fosbel, Inc. ("Fosbel"), on January 18, 2002, seeking to recover workers' compensation benefits for injuries he sustained during the course of his employment with Fosbel. Following an ore tenus proceeding, the trial court, on June 13, 2003, entered an order finding Nunn to be 100% permanently and totally disabled. Fosbel filed a "motion to reconsider" on June 23, 2003...
