Reed (collectively, the Reeds) appeal the trial court's order dismissing the Reeds' claims against appellees-respondents ATG Development Company, Vladimir Gastevich, Eric Gastevich, and Lake Business Center (collectively, ATG) for lack of standing with regards to a zoning challenge.
