OPINION

NAJAM, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Mary Ann Lowe appeals the trial court's grant of Jeff and Krista White's Petition for Adoption of M.L.L., Lowe's biological daughter. Lowe presents the following issues for our review:

1. Whether the trial court has jurisdiction over the adoption. 2. Whether her consent to the adoption was voluntarily and validly executed.

We affirm.
