BENDER, J.
¶ 1 This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of Appellees in an ejectment action. Appellant raises two issues for our resolution: (1) does Appellant as owner of the property in question have standing to file an action in ejectment, and (2) did the trial court commit fatal procedural errors?
