This criminal appeal arises from the Twenty Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Jocelyn B. Dooley ("Jocelyn"), was tried and convicted by a unanimous jury of second degree murder pursuant to La. R.S. 14:30.1 and sentenced to life imprisonment.
