The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has certified the following question to this court: "Is the ten-year statute of repose for products liability actions in Neb.Rev.Stat. § 25-224(2) (1995), tolled by a person's status as a minor, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 25-213?"
