The case arises out of a "Complaint to Establish and Enforce Mechanic's Lien" ("Initial Complaint"), filed on April 20, 2000, by the Kevin Willes Construction Company ("Willes Construction"), respondent in the present appeal, as against Baltimore Condo 2-8, LLC ("Baltimore Condo"), one of two owners of separate real property interests...
