Plaintiffs contend that defendant violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 — 1692o, and the Wisconsin Consumer Act, Wis. Stat. § 427.104(1)(f), (h), (i) and (j) by engaging in illegal and deceptive debt collection practices...
