ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS INDICTMENT
MOLLWAY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION.
Defendant Charles Castillias seeks dismissal of the Government's two-count indictment, which accuses him of violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
