The Travelers Insurance (Travelers) appeals from an order of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court review panel which affirmed an order of a trial judge of the Workers' Compensation Court. The trial judge found that the Workers' Compensation Court did have jurisdiction over this case, and a three-judge review panel affirmed.
