In March of 2004, the General Assembly approved Senate Resolution 595, which submits to the voters of this state at the general election to be held on November 2 of this year a proposal to amend Article I of the 1983 Georgia Constitution by adding a new Section IV. On September 16, 2004, Appellants herein filed a complaint in the Superior Court of Fulton County seeking to enjoin Appellee from putting that proposed amendment on the November 2, 2004...
