Plaintiff brought claims for defamation and intentional interference with economic relations against Firco Healthcare, Inc. (Firco), and its employee Fagan. Firco moved for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims, which the trial court granted. Plaintiff appeals from an ensuing judgment that dismissed his claims against Firco.
