This civil suit for sex and race discrimination and retaliation was brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Walker on the basis of her sex when he terminated her as an assistant chancellor at the University of Wisconsin...
