Richard Wayne Drewry was convicted of five charges of physical and sexual abuse of four children in Indian country in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c) (aggravated sexual abuse of a child), § 2244(c) (abusive sexual contact with a child under the age of twelve), and § 113(a)(5) (assault against a victim under the age of sixteen).
