An indictment was returned charging Yashun Hancock and Joel Stewart with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Stewart pled guilty and testified for the state at Hancock's trial. Hancock now appeals his conviction of the crime charged. Among other things, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict, and he claims that the state failed to establish the requisite chain of custody for admission in evidence of the marijuana...
