This matter comes before the Court on five separate Motions for Partial Summary Judgment filed by the various Defendants. Plaintiff alleges claims for negligence against each Defendant. This action was removed to this Court from the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, Greene County, Illinois. Removal was appropriate because of diversity of citizenship of the parties.
