Following a jury trial, Jack McCarty was convicted of disorderly conduct, obstruction of an officer and carrying a concealed weapon. He was sentenced to consecutive one-year terms for the disorderly conduct and obstruction charges and a concurrent one-year term on the weapons charge. McCarty appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence and the effectiveness of trial counsel. Finding no error, we affirm...
