Linahan's petition for voluntary surrender of license in which Linahan admits that on February 24, 2004 he pled guilty to violating 18 U.S.C. § 1341 (Mail Fraud) and 18 U.S.C. § 1344 (Bank Fraud), both felony violations of the United States Code, and that the entry of judgment on this plea constitutes a violation of Rule 8.4(a)(2) of Bar Rule 4-102(d), the maximum penalty...
