Before the Court in this miscellaneous matter is a Petition for the Return of Illegally Seized Property and Equitable Relief from Illegal Seizure, filed by Claimant Michael Alston pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(e) (hereafter, the "Rule 41(e) Motion").
