Defendant Shahirah Jebara ("defendant") was indicted as part of a conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. The scheme was masterminded by her husband, Abdel Jebara ("Jebara"), and involved the fraudulent redemption of more than $5,000,000 worth of coupons.1 The parties agreed that defendant could not reasonably foresee the entire scope of the scheme her husband...
