Currently before the Court is Defendant's pro se Motion for Reconsideration filed in Case No. 02-20047-001. (Doc. 119.) Defendant moves the Court to reconsider the denial of his previously filed motion for "Withdrawal of Conditional Plea of Guilty and Demand for Trial in a Constitutional Article III Court."
