The Maryland Native Plant Society, the Maryland Alliance for Greenway Improvement and Conservation and several individual plaintiffs1 have sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ("Corps"), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a number of federal government officials in their official capacity.2
