Asserting its entitlement to a real estate brokerage commission, Southeast Properties, Inc. sued Killearn Partners, Inc. and Ted Liberty, the vice-president of Killearn. Southeast sought to recover under theories of breach of contract, procuring cause, quantum meruit and fraud.
