On June 21, 1990, plaintiff-appellant John W. Masters and defendant-appellee Carl N. Clark entered into a lease agreement as to certain real property located at 3186 Buford Highway, Atlanta, Georgia. Under the agreement, Masters leased the Property from Clark for a period of five years and one month with an option to purchase the Property at any time during the term of the lease in accordance with the terms of a purchase and sale agreement attached...
