1600 Peachtree, L.L.C. (Landlord) sued Equifax, Inc. (Equifax) for breach of contract and fraud and to seek a declaratory judgment as to the enforceability of the terms of a certain contract. The trial court awarded partial summary judgment to Landlord on its breach of contract claim, granted partial summary judgment to Equifax on Landlord's fraud claim, and determined that the need for declaratory relief was moot.
