ADAMS, Judge.

Jonathan Botelho appeals after a jury convicted him of burglary. He contends that there was insufficient evidence to enable the jury to find him guilty of burglary and further contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. In addition, Bothelho argues that his constitutional rights were violated by repeated references during his trial to his pre-arrest silence. Because we find no merit to these arguments, we affirm.
